Soy Curls are an all-natural alternative to meat that are heart-healthy, delicious, and easy to use. They are made from select, non-GMO, whole soybeans (soy), grown without chemical pesticides. Soy curls do not contain any preservatives or additives. Keep them refrigerated or frozen to keep them fresh.

A simple recipe for preparing Soy curls:

1. Soak Soy Curls
Place 1/2 of an 8 oz. bag of Soy curls (approx. 2 1/2 cups) in a container large enough to cover with warm water and soak for 8-10 minutes to re-hydrate, then drain excess water.

2. Drain Soy curls
Drain excess water, and place in skillet.

3. Season and lightly brown Soy curls
Add your favorite seasoning & saute until lightly browned.

4. Serve or add to your favorite dish!

Seasoned Soy curls kept in a closed container in your fridge are ready for quick use in your favorite recipes.
